By placing a booking with Us, you express Your intention to purchase the vehicle specified by You ("Vehicle") and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your purchase of the Vehicle and delivery by Us will be subject to Your compliance with the Terms hereunder and other applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Booking is subject to availability of the chosen vehicle at dealership.

You will receive payment confirmation for booking via SMS and Email. You will also receive notification on DMS booking number and you will be contacted by the dealer to complete the invoicing process.

The booking amount for the selected vehicle as mentioned on TVSM website shall be paid by You through the link provided on this Site. This shall be a non-interest bearing and will confirm Your booking. The same shall be construed as an offer from your end and shall be adjusted against payment of the final Vehicle price by You at the time of delivery. Upon the receipt of the booking amount by TVSM, we shall communicate the acceptance of the Booking, however, the acceptance of the Booking is not construed as completion of the sale of the TVSM vehicle as it is subject to the payment of balance amount, documentation requirements for registering of the vehicle at the time of delivery from the dealership.

The Price displayed while booking on the TVSM website is only the ex-showroom price of the vehicle. The On-Road price is subject to insurance charges, registration charges, accessories charges etc. The final Vehicle price is the prevailing price as applicable on the date of delivery by paying the balance amount excluding the booking amount. The balance sale price (i.e. balance sale consideration) shall be paid directly to the dealer(s) notified by TVSM.

Ex-showroom price is indicative and may vary at the time of purchase. Ex-showroom price is inclusive of GST. Additional accessories need to be purchased at the dealership. The On-Road price is subject to insurance charges, registration charges, accessories charges etc. This will be paid by You at the dealership. You may request for receipt for the same from the dealership.

TVSM shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of the Booking Amount due to technical or other reasons in the payment gateway or banking network issues.

Once you apply for finance, from that point, you will be governed by the T&C's of the financier. Please refer to the T&C's of the financier before proceeding.

All information collected is as per the requirements of the financier.

All documents and information will be passed on to the financier and will not be stored by TVSM.

TVSM is not responsible for any actions by the financier

Vehicle will be delivered to you by the selected dealer after clearance of all the payment dues by You.

Refunds on booking amounts will be made within 60 days of the date of cancellation.

Please note that once the full payment for the vehicle, including the accessories, has been made, the sale shall be deemed as complete, and cancellation or claim for any refund amount will not be possible

If the cancellation request is raised beyond 90 days of the date of booking, then You have to additionally send an email to customercare@tvsmotor.com containing booking information along with Your bank account number, Bank and Branch IFSC code, a copy of cancelled cheque leaf which shows your name / Bank account number and IFSC code.

You acknowledge and agree that Your booking is for delivery of Vehicle only to You and You will not transfer or assign rights granted to You under these Terms to any other third party.

We may require certain information and documents from You for processing Your booking, complying with statutory requirements. You represent and warrant that all such information and documents will be true, complete and accurate. You will promptly notify Us of any change in the information provided to allow Us to update Our records. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by You will be in accordance with Our Privacy Policy available at https//www.tvsmotor.com/Privacy-Policy

These Terms are applicable to the Booking of the Vehicle. You acknowledge that purchase of Vehicle will be subject to such additional terms and conditions as may be prescribed by Us including without limitation, the TVS General Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Purchase Terms"). Such Purchase Terms are subject to change, and We recommend that You carefully read and understand all the prescribed Purchase Terms before proceeding with the purchase of the Vehicle and making the full payment.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Your sole and exclusive remedy and Our aggregate and cumulative liability for any material breach under these Terms will be limited to refund of the Booking Amount in the amount of valid cancellation.

The Vehicle will in all material aspects be similar to the Vehicle presented or advertised in marketing or promotional campaigns. However, in view of Our endeavors to continuously innovate and improve Our products, We reserve the right to modify/alter the specifications, features and/or design of the Vehicle without prior notice and without any liability.

TVSM will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform Our obligations under these Terms, where such delay or failure is due to any reasons beyond Our reasonable control.

In the event any of these Terms is considered invalid or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired thereby. These Terms will be subject to the laws of India and any dispute hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
